The Bass Breast Center headed by Board Certified Breast Surgical Oncologist, Melissa Hulvat, MD, coordinates breast related healthcare, including: surgery, radiology, medical and radiation oncology, genetic counseling, social work, and support group networks for patients and families with new or ongoing diagnoses of breast cancer and non-cancerous breast disease. Dr. Hulvat compassionately and thoroughly consults with patients referred to her for new or ongoing surgical issues of the breast. She's a warmly welcome addition to the Flathead Valley's community of women!
The Women's Center
Located in HealthCenterNorthWest
The Women's Center for Breast Radiology provides the highest level of breast surveillance with Digital Mammography, Ultrasound Imaging, Breast MRI, and Image-guided Biopsy techniques. Specialty trained and Board Certified, Breast Radiologist, Debra Acord, MD oversees this program and is likely to be the friendly face you'll see walking you through the breast biopsy process or in special cases where a "second look" is required.
