Photo-Rejuvination
Permanent removal of vascular lesions, rosacea, spider veins, age spots, sun damage, brown spots. General improvement in skin condition and tone. Multiple treatments maximize final outcome, though single treatments are immediately effective.

AFT Acne Laser
Clears inflammatory acne lesions and rapidly destroys bacteria without damaging surrounding tissue. Starts at $100 depending on severity of acne lesions.
Permanent Hair Reduction
Hair growth occurs in a predictable cycle with some follicles actively growing and some dormant at any given time. For this reason, treatment packages of five, set 2 to 4 weeks apart, offer the best chance for eradication of unwanted hair. Single treatments reduce the quantity of hair substantially.

Tattoo Removal
The Nd: YAG laser is especially suited for the removal of dark blue and black inks. The double Q-switched laser is used to remove red and orange tattoos. Multiple treatments are necessary for best effect. Prices start at $75/session (includes anesthetic) depending on size of tattoo.
Facial Laser Tightening
The latest in aesthetic laser technology. A tiny grid directs pinpoint columns of deep subcutaneous ablation separated by intervals of unaffected skin and deep tissue. The results show skin tightening on the face as well as the previously untreatable neck and chest.
Downtime is a remarkable 2-5 days. A series of three treatments yields the greatest benefit. Shown to improve acne scarring.

Spider Vein Treatment
Penetrates tissue to specifically target red and purple veins on the legs. As with injection therapy, a series of 3 treatments is needed for maximal eradication. In addition, if specific veins have a large diameter, or an obviously strong “feeder” system, a combination of sclerotherapy injections and laser “clean-up” of the wispy lesions may offer the best results.

Accent Laser for Tightening, Toning and Firming
Radio frequency skin & fat tightening is the latest and most effective treatment for cellulite and lax skin. Ideal effects occur with multiple treatments 2-3 weeks apart. The prolonged thermal effects on deep dermis and superficial fat increase collagen remodeling and contracture over time. Use Accent (RF) as a pre-treatment for pixel in cases of severly wrinkled, lax or stretch marked or acne scarred skin. The combination of Pixel and Accent optimally penetrate, tighten and remodel.

It is extremely important to thoroughly disclose your medical history, including current medications and supplements as well as prior reactions and responses to similar treatments. A history of smoking, cold sores, and accutane (isotretinoin) is critical to mention. The safety of our patients is our number one priority, followed closely thereafter by our honest dedication to privacy, comfort, and beautiful, natural results!
Retail & Returns
Whitefish Plastic Surgery Med~Spa is dedicated to offering the finest, most effective skin care and aesthetic products in the industry. Occasionally a product is not well tolerated. In this instance, a product may be returned with a 25% re-stocking fee.
Gift Certificates
Whitefish Plastic Surgery Med~Spa offers gift certificates that can be used for up to one year on retail products and aesthetic services. Gift certificates for medical treatment (ie. Botox) are not usual as each individual patient needs to be evaluated as a proper candidate for these interventions before receiving them. Special exceptions may be considered.
