Office Manager

Tami is your surgical advisor! She coordinates scheduling and is an excellent resource for inquiries regarding procedure costs, insurance coverage, and financial planning.

Kristy Ehrmantraut
PA-C

Kristy Ehrmantraut is our Certified Surgical Physician's Assistant with many years of surgical experience working in Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery as well as Urology and Family Practice. Kristy has developed clinical and surgical expertise in the diagnosis and treatment of skin cancers and non-cancerous skin lesions of the face and body. She has a particular interest in the multi-modal treatment of adult and teenage acne, using medications such as Accutane, antibiotics and hormone modulators; procedures such as lasers and chemical peels; and strong topical prescription products in individualized combinations to treat even the most severe cases of acne and rosacea. Kristy is also trained, and certified in Advanced Injection Techniques with Botox and facial fillers like Restylane and Juvederm, and is the Director of our Neograft Hair Transplantation Service. Kristy's caring demeanor, eye for detail, and well respected surgical skills make her the perfect addition to our comprehensive team.

Patty Dobis
RN

Patty manages our  Laser Program. With the greatest number of  Lasers in Montana (IPL, Fractional Erbium, Nd:Yag, and  Accent XL radiofrequency), Patty provides a number of services, including facial skin resurfacing, photofacials, treatment of hyperpigmentation, sun spots, melasma, rosacea, facial and leg spider veins, tattoo and birthmark removal, scar and stretch-mark fading, and removal of unwanted hair.  Laser resurfacing and fractional laser tightening are wonderful wrinkle and acne treatments. Cellulite reduction and skin tightening are achieved using our newest laser, the Accent XL. Patty offers free laser consultations and can customize combined procedures and costs for each individual patient!

Annie Dotson
L.C.T.

Annie is licensed by the Montana State board for Aesthetics and is a Laser Certified Technician. She specializes in laser hair removal, tattoo removal, pigment reduction, acne reduction, vascular reduction, photo rejuvenation, skin tightening, body contouring, chemical peels, and microdermabrasions. Annie's in-depth knowledge, sincere kindness, and desire to help others makes her successful in her field.

Theresa Nelson, C.M.A.
Medical Assistant

Theresa works closely with Dr. Nargi's and Kristy Ehrmantraut's patients, both pre- and post-operatively. As a certified medical assistant she plays an active role in our patients' office experience from their initial consultation, to their last follow-up appointment. Preauthorizing insurance cases, ordering prescriptions and laboratory studies, scheduling tests and consultations, managing post-operative or home health care; she is an excellent resource for your questions and concerns regarding the healing process, expectations, activity restrictions, prescriptions, and other post-surgical matters. Theresa's caring, conscientious manner helps to facilitate a more comfortable environment for our surgical patients.

C.S.T – Certified Surgical Technician

Jonni has truly exceptional, innate talent in the Operating Room. Every operation requires a strong, attentive and organized team to carry out the critical functions of the anesthesia and surgery process. As Dr. Nargi's primary Certified Surgical Technician, Jonni's delicate, fluid technique, and absolute focus on efficiency and accuracy, facilitate the perfect environment for optimal surgical outcomes.

Erin McAuliffe
Licensed Medical Aesthetician

Erin provide our aesthetic services including microdermabrasion, chemical peels, facials, waxing, eyelash and brow tinting and professional skin care advice. She is an excellent educator in our product lines; ColoreScience, Jane Iredale, Topix Pharmaceuticals, Jan Marini, La-Roche Posay, Nia, and Obagi. Complimentary consultations allow Erin to customize a corrective or maintenance skin care regimen that is perfect for you!  

Mary Heitman
Post Surgery Assistant

Mary is available for in-hotel overnight care, running minor errands and transportation needs.

Carol Sugarman
RN

Carol is a very experienced Registered Nurse with certification in conscious intravenous sedation. She is ACLS certified, has worked in the OR, and ICU for many years, and has been providing monitored sedation in plastic surgery outpatient cases for over 10 years. She's excellent at her work, keeping our patients who need IV sedation safe, comfortable, and well informed about their operative and post operative care.

Cassie Salvi
Hair Transplantation Technician

Cassie is our primary Neograft Hair Transplantation Technician. She has extensive training and exemplary skill in the art of harvesting, preparing, designing and transplanting single follicles to the patient's individual area of thinning hair, to achieve the most natural hair restoration possible. A former Registered Dental Hygienist, Cassie joined the staff at Whitefish Plastic Surgery in 2010 to undergo intensive training in the Neograft method of hair restoration. Her professional manner and efficient technical skills with micrografting equipment create the perfect experience and outcomes, for our male and female patients undergoing the lengthy and meticulous Neograft hair transplantation procedure for correction of visible hair loss.
