Returns Policy
Whitefish Plastic Surgery, we are confident the quality of our merchandise will meet, if not exceed your expectations. If you are not satisfied with your purchase simply follow the instructions below.
Whitefish Plastic Surgery will accept merchandise returns for Standard Delivery items within 30 days of purchase and issue a credit or refund at the time of return only with a valid receipt. A valid receipt is an original sales receipt, or gift receipt. Returns of merchandise purchased through our website will be accepted by mail. Pending inspection, a credit or refund will be issued for the item value.
If your product arrives damaged, please repack and return to us at Whitefish Plastic Surgery 5850 Highway 93 South Whitefish, MT 59937. If you think it is a shipper-related damage, such as the carton has been broken open or some other damage, please contact the shipping company as we do not reimburse shipping expenses. Contact the shipping company for a shipping company credit.
Your return must be sent back to the correct address for us to credit or refund your purchase. We do not cover the postage on return items.
